Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Locations
We fulfil orders from both the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are typically shipped from the warehouse closest to the delivery address where possible.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
Blank Project is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Blank Project cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, please allow additional time for the courier to complete delivery before contacting us. While we will assist where possible, Blank Project is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
