Refund Policy

All products sold by OurBlankProject are made to order specifically for each customer. As production begins shortly after an order is placed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other non-fault-related reason.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your item is being manufactured specifically for you and therefore is exempt from standard cancellation and refund rights where permitted by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will review your claim and provide a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Please ensure all order details, including product selection, sizing, and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase, as orders cannot be amended once production has commenced.
